THE INTERSECTION
In the wake of social injustices in 2020, a team of folks at Hawkeye decided to do something about it. We developed a pro bono program to introduce the possibilities of the advertising industry to disadvantaged youth from a local public school. My partner and I concepted the name, design system, and manifesto that became the face of the initiative. It continues onward today with a team of Hawks hosting “agency days” for the kids.
